What is a prop trading challenge?

A challenge is a simulated evaluation of your trading discipline. Reach the target while respecting the disclosed risk rules to qualify for firm capital.

Wave Funded provides simulated trading evaluations and funded-account programs for traders who can demonstrate disciplined and consistent trading performance.

How quickly can I receive a funded account?

Eligible accounts are usually issued after successful evaluation and compliance verification.

Which challenge models are available?

Wave Funded offers Wave Lite, Wave Two-Step, Wave One-Step and Wave Instant models. Each model has different targets, risk limits, prices and payout conditions.

Is there a time limit?

Wave Lite, Wave Two-Step and Wave One-Step evaluations have no maximum trading-period limit unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion or account.

How is daily loss calculated?

Daily Loss resets at 00:00 UTC with no DST adjustment and includes current-day closed P/L, floating P/L, commissions, swaps and applicable fees.

Which platforms are available?

Available platforms and official downloads are shown in the secure trader portal.

What happens if I exceed a loss limit?

Exceeding an applicable daily or maximum loss limit is considered a rule violation and may result in account closure.

Can I hold positions overnight or during weekends?

Overnight and weekend holding are allowed on supported account types unless a specific platform or instrument condition states otherwise.

Are Expert Advisors allowed?

Expert Advisors may be used when they do not perform prohibited, manipulative, latency-based or account-sharing strategies.

When can I request my first payout?

Payout eligibility depends on the selected model. Wave One-Step may become eligible after 7 days, while Wave Lite, Wave Two-Step and Wave Instant generally use a 14-day initial period, subject to all applicable conditions.

Identity verification may be required before a funded account is activated or a payout is processed.

Are challenge fees refundable?

Eligible evaluation fees may be refundable after a qualifying payout where this benefit is included in the selected challenge. Instant-account fees are not refundable.

Can I have multiple accounts?

Users may hold multiple accounts subject to the current maximum allocation, identity-verification and account-management rules.

How do I verify a certificate?
